Days of our lives Spoilers revealed for October 27-31, 2025 Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) is eliminated and Hank Northrup makes his first appearance.
And of course, he’s the son of Wayne Northrup, who played Roman Brady from 1981 to 1991, and then Dr. Alex North from 2005 to 2006.
Therefore, his son joins the cast, and Wayne passes away in late 2024 due to complications from Alzheimer’s disease. As we always do on Early Release Day, we’ll talk about what’s coming the rest of this week, then dive into what’s in store for next week.
Days of our Lives spoilers: Stephanie is ready to clean up
On Wednesday, October 22, Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) plan the big reveal that she is Anastasia Sanz and the upcoming release of her murder mystery book. In addition, Jeremy Horton (Trevor Donovan) communicates with Thomas DiMera (Christopher Curry), his student. We may see him opening up to Jeremy about Cat Green (AnnaLynn McCord) and his father, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn).
Dr. Mark Green (Jonah Robinson) is out on parole and returns to Salem. He visits hospital owner EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel). Kat’s brother may ask to return as a doctor despite previous charges of trying to kill EJ’s brother. Mark may end up at the free clinic if he is not allowed to be at the main hospital. EJ and Mark can come up with something – a rehire or just a thank you conversation. EJ loves Cat, so it’s tough.
Spoilers for Days of Our Lives: Holly and Ari face the music
Meanwhile, Rita Leslie (Maggie Carney) catches up with Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) in the basement construction area of the free clinic and secret laboratory. Leo had cut through the drywall to save Gwen Rezkic (Emily O’Brien). Rita finds him wearing a hard hat spying and goes. She FaceTimes EJ on Wednesday to report the incident and deliver an important envelope.
EJ and Leo have a serious conversation at the bar, while EJ meets Chad for lunch to discuss family conflicts. EJ may reveal his encounter with Mark, his would-be killer. On Thursday, October 23, Holly Jonas (Ashley Bozemis) and Ariana Horton (Marisa Reyes) face the college disciplinary committee over an accidental dormitory fire. There is no evidence that Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) supplied herself with additional amounts of alcohol, but she could face fines, community service, or academic probation.
Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) begins to have flashbacks to past events, worrying Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) Recent paternity test results may confirm that Tate (Leo Howard) is not the father, but Aaron Green (Louis Tomeo) is. Sarah may also advise Amy Choi (Shi Ni Nelson) about Sophia’s mental health spiral, which will likely require inpatient care at Bayview.
Days of Our Lives spoilers: Sarah leaves Xander
Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Tate Black (Leo Howard) deal with the revelation that the adopted child is not theirs. Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Susan Rogers) questions Xander about the infamous beating of Philip Kiriakis (John Paul Lavoisier). On Friday, October 24, Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) and Leo caught up with Amy, giving her more FaceTime with her grandson, Tesoro. Sophia’s consent to Amy carrying the child is uncertain.
Alex and Stephanie face demons from the past. Alex loses his temper when they meet Jeremy at Horton Town Square, accusing him of exposing her as Anastasia Sans, even though she was actually EJ whispering to Leo. Johnny DiMera (Carson Putman) and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) express concerns about adopting little Tesoro due to Sofia’s selective mutism and breakdown. Sarah finally got the truth from Xander, who admitted to hitting his brother. She kicks him out, removes her ring, and ends the relationship.
Days of Our Lives: A new face in Salem
In the week of October 27-31, Abe Carver (James Reynolds) begins tutoring Liam (Hank Northrup), who used to bully Abe’s son, Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson), at school. Theo has issues with the spectrum, and this tension will be a recurring theme. Theo may resist Abby’s lessons, especially since Abe is connected to the Demeras family.


Days of Our Lives: Crossroads of Characters – Sofia’s breakdown, Chad’s past, and Rachel’s memories
Sophia may head to Bayview. Her performance was convincing enough that Sarah and Marlena believed she had a real nervous breakdown. Chad may have an uncomfortable encounter with Dr. Mark Green. Thomas may leave Salem frustrated by Chad’s involvement with Kat, who pretended to be his dead mother, Abigail Devereaux.
Cade McLean is out Days of our lives months ago, so any off-screen absence may be dealt with. Rachel’s memories of the night she shot EJ come back, and she’s likely to act on them. She’s headed to Bayview To cover the exit of the actress who may have left the show permanently.
Days of our Lives: Halloween Mayhem and November Sweep
Alex and Stephanie plan to uncover news of the murder mystery. Jeremy’s transformation will be explored. Someone tries to attack Kat and Chad on Halloween, but Alex intervenes. This could be a one-off Halloween episode or a dream sequence. The November campaigns begin on October 30 and 31, with plans for the EJ Hospital laboratory revealed and the launch of Dr. Tom Horton’s (Zach Chase) Free Clinic approaching.
