The young and the restless Spoilers for next week indicate that Tessa Porter (Kate Fairbanks) and Danielle Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) are heating up. We also have Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) making Claire Grace Newman (Hayley Erin) suspicious and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) bulldozing her way where she is least wanted.
The Young and the Restless: Phyllis terrorizes Christine
So, as we get closer to the November campaigns, which start at the end of October, we’re also getting closer to the wedding of Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) and Kristin Williams (Lauralie Bell). And of course, Phyllis can’t bear to have Christine live happily ever after with the man Phyllis has always wanted. But who never wanted it. This weekend, we have Phyllis sitting uninvited at Danny and Kristen’s table and she’s annoying them. Because she was not invited to their wedding. She didn’t even know much about this or anything else, as if Phyllis would be on the guest list one day. I mean it’s laughable.
She was upset because she didn’t know that Danny and Kristen were getting married. And I remember a conversation I had a while ago with Danny and Daniel where they were talking about the engagement and the inevitable Phyllis finding out, but no one really wanted to be the one to tell her. So, yeah, I’ve made it all the way. Danny insisted that he wanted to tell Phyllis himself and in person. But he says she has been difficult to trace and is clearly involved in Ken Ashby’s (Billy Flynn) schemes.
The Young and the Restless: Phyllis Spars with Kristen
Phyllis then did her usual song and dance about how great her career is, her life is great, she’s taking over the world, blah blah blah. Kristen then told Reed, “Stay out of our wedding.” Phyllis clapped back and said she didn’t want to see Kristen in a terrible wedding dress anyway. I just hope Phyllis doesn’t do something terrible with her wedding dress. There’s no telling, right? So Danny tells Phyllis she needs to put it aside. And he said, “I’m sorry I didn’t tell you about the wedding, you know, or invite you,” which is very funny. Because I doubt Danny means either way. I mean, why would he want Phyllis to be at his wedding to Christine?
Cricket said she and Danny would last forever this time. But Phyllis was insulting her and saying the usual bullshit about Danny dumping Christine soon. The bug then hit back at Phyllis about being single and Kristen said she could never make a relationship work. So Phyllis responded and said, “Kristen can’t make Danny happy.” Phyllis doesn’t even think they’ll make it to church. Kristen said Danny is always there for her. And then they start kissing in front of her. Phyllis thinks they’re putting on a show and trying too hard.
Phyllis crashes Kristen’s bachelorette party on Y&R
After Phyllis finally left, we saw Danny and Kristen agree that they would have the best wedding ever. But they need to have bachelor and bachelorette parties. So you might think that Phyllis would just mind her business, just leave her, and just focus on what’s going on in her life. But no. next week The young and the restless Spoilers have Kristen completely terrified. Because Phyllis showed up and crashed her bachelorette party. All the other movers and shakers among the ladies in Genoa City are there. But apparently Phyllis’ invitation got lost in the mail. Because, you know, it was never sent.
Christine is disgusted and wants to know what Phyllis is doing there. She’s clearly not going to be peaceful about this and will allow Danny and Kristen to get married without causing as much trouble as possible. I think Danny and Kristen will get to “What I Do” and “Man and Wife,” but I think Phyllis will still be a problem until they get those rings on their fingers. It may not stop even after that.
Kyle’s desperate trip to Los Angeles and Newman’s update on the Young and the Restless recast
Also this week on The young and the restlesswe had Kyle shocking and upsetting Claire when he showed up uninvited in Los Angeles with flowers and asked to talk. Kyle name-dropped Harrison Locke (Redding Maunsell), in an attempt to convince Claire to come home with him and forget about Holden Novak (Nathan Owens). But she won’t budge. Claire was very polite when she turned Kyle down again.
But then he insisted that he would stay in Los Angeles a few more days in case Claire decided to spend time with Kyle or go home with him. As expected, Claire seems to be more attracted to Holden after Kyle shows up, disrupts the trip, and refuses to take “no” for an answer.
So, next week in The young and the restless Spoilers, despite Claire asking him to return to Genoa City, instead of doing so, Kyle lurks around the hotel spying on Holden, who is talking to Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun). But then Claire spies on Kyle spying on Holden. And Claire wants to know what he does.
And Kyle tries to pivot and say, “No, the question is what is Holden doing and who is he doing it with?” So Kyle is clearly trying to shake Claire’s trust in Holden. I don’t think it will work. Because Claire has already met Siena and she knows that Holden and Siena are friends. And if Holden was trying to hide something from Claire, he wouldn’t have met Siena in a place where Claire could easily go up and see them together.
Y&R Spoilers: Lucas Adams makes his debut as Noah Newman
I’m curious to know if Holden knows that Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) also knows Sienna because it’s obviously going to be connected to Noah’s crash story. Also, in the cast update, we haven’t seen Noah’s new face yet. He was covered in bandages, so it could have been anyone in the hospital bed. But we will see it before it is too late. Lucas Adams made his screen debut as Noah Newman on November 4th. And it looks like we’ll finally see his face once he returns to Genoa City. So, it looks like he might still be bandaged when his parents bring him home. Because you’re talking about that, that was two weeks from now.
The relationship between Tessa and Daniel grows more intense amid marriage problems
So, we also have Tessa reeling from her visit with Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) this week. If you remember, Tessa went to the clinic in Boston to see Maria again as she tried to save their marriage. But Maria was barely talking to her and pushed Tessa away again. So, next week, The young and the restless Spoilers have Daniel getting very close to Tessa and there is some sizzling.
So, Daniel is with Tessa and she found him. I don’t know if they drink. It looks like Tessa is a little drunk. I fell in love with Daniel. He holds her and says: I got you. After he grabbed Tessa, she planted her lips on him. She and Daniel have a passionate kiss. We know he has feelings for Tessa. I think she has feelings for Daniel too. I can’t wait to see where that goes.
