Days of our lives Spoilers for October 20-24, 2025 Johnny DiMera (Carson Putman) is scheming and losing patience with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn).
As we always do on Early Release Day, we’re starting with what’s in store for the rest of this week to give you some context for next week’s spoilers.
Days of Our Lives: DiMera’s CEO Drama and Baby Daddy Confessions
On Wednesday, October 15th Days of our liveswe have Abby Carver (James Reynolds) very upset that Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) has accepted the CEO job at dimera, Working for Tony DiMera (Thao Penglis). Theo tells Abby he’s going to work there, and Abby says, “No.” However, Paulina Price (Jackie Harry) disagrees.
She hugs Theo, stands by him, and defends him. It looks like Paulina will take it upon Abby to tell him he can’t take this job. It’s a great opportunity. EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) is not in the company. Tony is one of the few good DiMeras, if this is actually Tony, what’s the harm?
Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) and Holly Jonas (Ashley Bozemis) haven’t been together again since Tate Black (Leo Howard) convinced Holly not to get on the plane to Paris. So, Aaron Green (Luis Tomeu) will be ready on Wednesday. After leaving the airport, Tate and Holly are at Brady’s Pub. They confront Aaron, and Tate excitedly tells Aaron that he is not the father of Sophia Choi’s (Rachel Boyd) baby.
This will completely shock Aaron. We all know why: because if Tate isn’t the father, then that suggests his best friend is. Will Aaron admit that he also slept with Sofia before she knew she was pregnant? Tate and Aaron will talk alone, and this will be the perfect time for him to confess.
Days of our Lives: Sofia surrenders to Melinda
Sophia confesses everything she was up to, and speaks to her lawyer, DA Melinda Trask (Tina Huang). A legal eagle might worry about some backlash or repercussions due to a false adoption. Sofia seems to be causing chaos, and this is just the spotlight on the two.
I’m very curious to know if Sofia confirms to Melinda who fathered her baby. It’s like saying, “Well, if it’s not Tate, it has to be.” Unless there’s another person or people that we don’t know about and have never seen on screen. Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and Johnny are worried.
They arrived at a bookstore in Hortontown Square, and met Chanel’s mother, Paulina, there. I’m sure they’re talking about Lil T because with all the bullshit Sofia has done, they don’t know if they’ll be able to adopt Tesoro, even with the help that Ravi Hernandez (Galen Gering) has offered to give them and that Paulina is trying to give them.
Days of our Lives: Alex and Jeremy Fudd, Kate’s spy mission, and the evidence of the blackout
On Thursday, October 16th Days of our liveswe have Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) strutting into a bar, introducing himself to Jeremy Horton (Trevor Donovan) as Stephanie Johnson’s (Abigail Klein) boyfriend and telling him, “Stay away from her.” Now, Jeremy says he’s a new man.
He put all that stuff behind him. That’s not who he is. But will Alex getting in his face turn Jeremy on? We still don’t know if he has really changed. Can a tiger change its spots? I think Jeremy may still be a monster, but I enjoy seeing Michael Rourke recast in the role. Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) asks EJ about the power outage and construction zone.
He might also ask him about his intentions with Gwen Rieszczyk (Emily O’Brien). But that last part isn’t actually part of the article Leo was likely working on for the Salem Spectator about the power outage we know it caused. EJ tries to blame it on the city’s lacking energy infrastructure, but I think we all know he’s putting in dodgy science stuff.
Days of Our Lives: Jeremy advises Chad and Kate to update Rafe
Chad is getting some advice from Jeremy, and I wonder if he’ll talk to him about his recent breakup with Kat Green (AnnaLynn McCord) and the ultimatum he receives from fifth grader Thomas Banks (Carrie Christopher). So, it’s going to be interesting since Jeremy is Thomas’ mentor.
Presumably he has experience with kids that age, but I don’t know if anything could have prepared Jeremy for dealing with psychotic toddler Rachel Black (Alice Halsey). Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) has an update on Rafe. I went down to the clinic. And crept around. I took pictures.
It even passed through the drywall that Leo had taken out into the soon-to-be impenetrable lab. And I took a bunch of pictures. So, I’m interested to see if they draw any conclusions from the photos I got.
Stephanie and Alex are in the mood to celebrate on Thursday. So, One stormy night Maybe it’s on the bestseller list, or maybe they’re enjoying having her officially move into his apartment.

Days of Our Lives: Holly and Tate conspire to expose Sofia
On Friday, October 17, an episode of Days of our liveswe have Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) enjoying spending time together. They’ve been working a lot lately. There was a lot of stress, so they took a day off from work and decided to spend it together. We’ll see how it goes, or if someone interrupts you.
Holly and Tate are planning. They seem to be trying to figure out a way to expose Sophia Choi’s lies about the baby, expose the identity of her baby’s real father, and expose any deception she intended to pull off with this adoption. They want to take it down.
Days of Our Lives: Johnny and Brady compare notes and Alex and Stephanie plot
Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Johnny are also talking about Sofia, and these two compare notes. I’m interested to see what else they might find out from this. Alex and Stephanie formulate a plan, and I wonder if they’ll reveal her identity as an author. Maybe they feel like they can’t keep it a secret now that Jeremy knows it, and now that fewer people know.
However, their plan might be how to find out if Jeremy has really changed or if he’s still up to no good and they need to run him out of town. Sure they need to tell the Hortons about the terrible things he did to her because they think Kat is terrible, but Jeremy is fine. I think they need a reality check.
Days of Our Lives: DiMera’s power struggle and Sofia’s walk of shame
The week of October 20-24 Days of our livesWe’ll find out by then whether Aaron will confess to Tate before he walks out on Sofia or if Aaron will likely be the baby daddy. This is because he slept with Sophia right after Tate marked her by calling her Holly in bed.
The big question is, of course, can Tate and Aaron’s friendship survive? Holly and Tate will get a fresh start, but will Sofia stop trying to mess with this adorable budding couple? Now, we have Holly, Tate, Brady, Chanel, and Johnny all coming for Sofia. From the sidelines, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Kayla hope to take her down.
I wonder if Melinda will encourage her to leave town. Sophia may need to do the Walk of Shame out of Salem because she will become the city’s pariah. In fact, De Melinda Trask and Sophia Choi may be concocting a plan to get them out of trouble.
Days of Our Lives: Tony bails on Theo
Theo will manage DiMera while Tony goes on a cruise, which leaves an inexperienced CEO in charge with no one to report to but EJ or Chad. Chad is a gentleman. EJ is very superficial. It seems odd that Tony would cast Theo in this role and then immediately bail. We can also see Nicole and Theo in scenes together.
Gabi Hernandez (Sherri Jimenez) may not agree, but Theo actually chewed out Gabi and she said she was judging him for being autistic when Tony said he was going to make him a CEO. So maybe Gabe should push it. I wonder if she’ll run to tell Philippe Kiriakis (Jean-Paul Lavoisier) what happened.
Plus, Thomas and Rachel are planning to manipulate Chad, and he might just give up and be done with it. I mean, how does Thomas think Chad will force Cat out of Salem? I wonder when Chad will realize that the things coming out of Thomas’ mouth are the influence of his cousin Rachel.
