Damon Hill went to his official social media account to excavate in Williams while the breathtaking statistics of the British team were revealed. Hill, from his Instagram account, reacted to the mega improvement of Williams in 2025, compared to the last seven seasons.

Alex Albon de Williams collected six points at the Italian GP last weekend, and with this, the British team reached 86 points in the manufacturers’ championship. Consequently, they have claimed more points than they have chosen in their last seven seasons from 2018.

While this statistic had appeared, Hill, of his social media account, published it on its history and did a search. The former F1 pilot mentioned it and wrote,

“But is it really progress? Is it? Really?”

In particular, the team based in Grove scored 28 points last season and 17 points in 2023. Their counting in 2022 was 8 points, and they collected 23 points in 2021. The British team scored any point in 2020, and only scored one point in 2019. In 2019, the year of the start of these statistics, they collected 7 points in their heel, which reached 84 points in seven years.

Williams Boss shared his thoughts after an impressive Italian GP

Williams had a great outing to the Italian GP last weekend. The drivers, Carlos Sainz and Alex Albon, qualified respectively in P13 and P14. But they had a better race result, while Sainz finished in P11, while Albon returned home in P7, collecting six important points.

“Fantastic weekend overall. Alex scores six precious points that will really make the difference against our rivals. You can see how close this championship is and it will remain for the other eight towers that were left.”

However, Vowles was concerned about Sainz’s result because he failed to score a point. In addition, Sainz’s performance this season was far from disappointing. Speaking of this, here is what the Grove -based team driver added,

“There is one, however, there is one but. We do not have two cars in the points. Carlos has brilliantly done in terms of qualification, his pace was there, but we were taken in an incident and that meant that he was unable to score points for the team and yet a ninth place was really on the table for him in this circumstance.” (Via MotorsportWek)

Currently, Williams is in P5 in the manufacturers’ championship with 86 points, and they led Aston Martin (P6) at 24 points. The team’s pilots, Alex Albon, are in P7 with 70 points, and his teammate, Carlos Sainz, is in P18 with 16 points.
