Jon Moxley finally spoke after the controversial finish of the AEW Revolution on Dynamite. He is definitely walking on the thin ice with the fans after payment in sight.
In Revolution, the world champion of the AEW shocked the world by beating not only Adam Copeland, but also Christian Cage after having decided to collect his shot from the world title guaranteed that he won last year. This has left many disappointed fans.
However, Jon Moxley has now spoken and, in a refreshing note, congratulated Adam Copeland briefly during his promotion, declaring that what the WWE renowned temple is done is rare. But it was on this subject when he went out, denigrating Cope after that.
He said that he underestimated Copeland’s desire and resolved to climb the step by step. Moxley then said he was the AEW champion for a reason – he never makes the same mistake twice.
One thing that has become clear after this promotion is that Moxley did not finish with Adam Copeland, despite the way the main event ended during the AEW revolution. It will be interesting to see how the WWE Hall of Famer reacts to this.
