Hamas released the Israeli hostages Iaiir Horn, Sagui Dekel Chen and Sasha (Alexander) Troufanov in Gaza on Saturday and Israel released 369 Palestinian prisoners and detained in exchange, after the mediators have helped to avoid a collapse of the ceasefire fragile.

The three Israelis were taken to a stage with Palestinian activists from Hamas armed with standing rifles on each side of them on the Khan Younis site, showed live images, before being brought back to Israel by forces Israeli.

Shortly after, buses carrying Palestinian prisoners and detainees left an OFER prison in Israel in the West Bank occupied by Israeli. The first bus arrived in Ramallah towards an acclaiming crowd, some waving Palestinian flags.

“We did not expect to be released, but God is great, God released us,” said Musa Nawarwa, 70.

Buses carrying some of the hundreds of prisoners and prisoners released from Palestinians, certain flashing victory signs when they were suspended from the windows, later arrived at the European hospital in Khan Younis in the South Gaza Strip.

Some, like Hassan Ewis, will be allowed to return home. Others, like his brother, should be expelled in Egypt.

Ewis’ accusation sheet in the Israeli justice ministry files includes the planting of explosives and the attempted murder and intentional homicide. He said that prison conditions were difficult and that the Palestinians were deprived of sufficient food.

Some of the Israeli hostages that have returned since January 19, said they had been deprived of food, detained in tunnels for months and not seeing daylight and subject to physical and psychological abuses.

Some released Palestinians return to an enclave that they have not seen for years, before it was exploded in rubble by Israeli air strikes and bombing in 15 months of war. But most were brought together after the attack on October 7, 2023 led by Hamas against Israel.

The second phase of the ceasefire aims to inaugurate negotiations to return the remaining living hostages among the 251 seized that day, and to make an Israeli military withdrawal before a final of the war and the reconstruction of Gaza.

IAUR HORN, 46, born in Argentina, was caught in captivity with his young brother Eitan. Horn seemed to have lost considerable weight in captivity.

“Now we can breathe a little. Our Iaiir is at home after surviving hell in Gaza. Now we have to bring Eitan back so that our family can really breathe,” Horn’s family said in a statement.

The exchange of the three Israelis for the 369 Palestinians appeased the growing alarm that the cease-fire agreement could collapse before the end of the first 42-day stage of the Truce Pact in force since January 19.

In what became known as hostage square in Tel Aviv, people burst into cheers and tears after hearing that the Red Cross was on the way to deliver the three to Israeli military forces.

Dekel Chen, an Israeli, a Troufanov, a Russian Israeli, and a horn with his brother Eitan were seized in Kibbutz Nir Oz, one of the communities near the Gaza border which were invaded by the Armenons of Hamas on 7 October 2023.

On the Khan Younis transfer stadium, the hostages were made to make short declarations in Hebrew and activists presented in Hor Gaza) “.

Troufanov was removed with his mother, grandmother and girlfriend – who were all released during a brief break in November 2023 in hostilities. His father was killed in the attack on Nir Oz, one of the most affected communities, where one in four people died or was taken hostage.

On October 7, Dekel Chen, 36, left his pregnant wife and two little girls in the family security room to go out and fight unleashed armed men through the Kibbutz.

He firmly kissed his wife in tears and said “perfect” with a big smile when she told him the name of their little girl, whom he has not yet seen, was Shahar Mazal, Hebrew for “Dawn” and “Luck”, in a video published by the army.

Nineteen Israeli hostages and five Thai hostages have been released so far, with 73 still in captivity, of which about half have been declared dead in absentia by the Israeli authorities.

The surviving ceasefire prospects were shaken by the call of the American president Donald Trump so that the Palestinians are permanently reinstalled from Gaza, and for the tiny enclave to be given to the United States to be refurbished as seaside resort. This idea was immediately rejected by Palestinian groups, Arab states and Washington Western allies.
