Animecoin launched in 2025, combining the culture of anime with Blockchain Animecoin technology (anime), a new cryptocurrency project inspired by the anime and the manga, was officially launched.

Designed as a “coin”, the anime aims to connect anime fans in the world while offering opportunities to creators through an ecosystem based on blockchain.

The project is closely linked to the Azuki NFT collection, a well -known name in the NFT space since 2022.

The anime works as the usefulness and the governance token of the ecosystem, allowing holders to vote on decisions and updates. It also serves as a gas token for animechain, a layer 3 blockchain of layer 3 arbitrum, and is used for transactions on anime.com.

Built on Ethereum and the arbitrum network, anime has a fixed offer of 10 billion tokens, with 6.8 billion traffic already in circulation. Tokenomics prioritize sustainable growth, with a release of progressive tokens and potential mechanisms for the combustion of tokens to maintain value.

The project is inspired by the Azuki NFT collection, which has drawn attention to its unique conceptions and its community -oriented approach. The emphasis on Azuki on exclusivity through events and goods played a key role in the training of the Animecoin ecosystem.

Animecoin offers features such as access to official goods, early animated episode outputs, behind -the -scenes content and creative interactions. Its model of decentralized governance promotes the participation of fans in decisions related to partnerships, platform developments and NFT initiatives.

The Anime.com platform acts as a social center for the anime industry, with customizable avatars, digital collectibles and tools for community engagement.

The animecoin ecosystem integrates the intellectual property of Azuki, which includes the Azuki, Elementals and Beanz NFT collections, with plans for subsequent development.

In January 2025, Anime.com had a waiting list of 3.3 million users and struck more than 13 million NFT. The Animee feature, offering personalized anime avatars, has gained popularity and is available on desktop and mobile.

The project roadmap for 2025 includes the launch of the main lists, anime.com, anime.com, token and animechain collaborations with notable names like Dentsu, Aniplexusa and Hallway AI.

These partnerships aim to improve the enime ecosystem by combining traditional and digital content, creating innovative experiences for fans.

Animecoin demonstrates the growing integration of blockchain technology with anime culture. By providing tools to creators and fans to interact, the project seeks to overcome traditional obstacles and extend global access to creative industries.

While the anime and blockchain sectors continue to evolve, Animecoin is positioned at the forefront of this convergence.
