General Hospital He has an exciting new rumor that if it comes to fruition, we’ll see some big breakups and changes for some couples, and some new couples might come out of it.

I will say that the person who leaked this not only has a good track record, but the information is consistent with some of the things we see moving into place on General Hospital Canvas, especially with the things that have been happening since Nathan’s return and with the Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) shooting case.
General Hospital Bombshell: Dante and Lulu’s reunion is cancelled
This rumor starts with Lulu Spencer, who has returned to… JH Portrait after 4 years in a coma. While she was asleep, Dante fell in love with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), who then died after donating part of her liver to save Lulu’s life. Of course, it wasn’t her fault. This was the work of the terrible Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). There are a lot of Lante fans who have been rooting for and waiting for Dante and Lulu’s reunion ever since she woke up.
But the source of the rumor says General Hospital Don’t plan on reuniting with Lulu and Dante, at least not anytime soon. I know this is a huge disappointment to all Lulu and Dante shippers. There is a possibility that the writers will change their minds. But for now, rumors suggest that they are planning to pair Lulu and Dante with other people. Both are a surprising pairing.
Big changes for the couple: Are Brooke Lynn and Chase headed for a split?
Operating on the premise that Lulu and Dante won’t get back together will lead to some extended effects. Based on the feelings we see between them in the show, I don’t feel any kind of romantic feelings, closeness, chemistry, or attraction between Lulu and Dante. I see co-parenting, friendship, and a little behavior, but nothing to suggest they are getting together.
Brooke Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Seaton) and Chase may be headed for a breakup. I can honestly already see the foundation being laid. And yes, I know Chase and Brook Lynn seem so strong, but there are things that are eating away at the foundation of their marriage. First, Chase isn’t too happy that Brook Lynn put off adopting a baby because of the Gio Palmieri (Gio Mazza) drama. He was very upset because he couldn’t father a child they were about to adopt. Then he finds out that his best friend already has a child with his wife, but she’s not willing to go through with the adoption because she wants to work things out with Geo.
Plus, we have Chase very busy as Willow Tate’s (Katelyn McMullen) top defender. Chase disapproves of the way Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) treats Willow. And it’s pretty clear that Chase 100% believes Willow was framed. I think Brook Lynn will side with Michael on this. This can put a lot of pressure on their marriage.
New Pairing: Dante & Brook Lynn and Chase & Willow Speculation
Meanwhile, Brook Lynn and Dante continue to be together because of their son. And if Gio returns to the Q Mansion after Ronnie invites him to, we could see a lot of these two and maybe even the three of them bonding. Chase also emphasized to Willow a while ago how eager he was to adopt and how upset he was about BLQ delaying the plan. Chase wants to be a father and can find satisfaction in playing stepfather to Willow’s children if they end up together. Chase would be a much better stepfather than Drew.
It sure feels like it JH Lays the foundation for some marital transformations. Both couples have been together before. Chase and Willow were very close at one point. They have a lot in common and a very similar temperament. As for Dante and Brook Lynn, they haven’t been together since they were teenagers, but I think the chemistry is still there. If the two start to bond with Gio as a family, it could bring Dante and BLQ much closer. Chase may not even notice his wife running away because he’s so focused on proving Willow’s innocence.
What’s next for Lulu? A shocking new romance with Nathan West?
But if they put Dante with Brook Lynn, the question becomes, what will happen with Lulu? Now, I will say that the rumor only said that Dante and Lulu wouldn’t happen. The other two are speculations about where things might be headed based on current story events, the writing, and how we see the characters interacting with each other.
If you remember who found Nathan after the car he was in crashed and he was taken into it general hospital, This was the Lulu he found. If you remember, she didn’t even see Nathan’s face because of the airbag and everything. We had Lulu discover the accident on the side of the road, and call 911. She was questioned while it came down. Never seen him. I think we’ll soon see Nathan thanking Lulu for finding him and asking for help. They’ll want to catch up since her ex-husband Dante is Nathan’s best friend. We can see Lulu and Nathan having some energy.
The Nathan and Maxie Mystery: Real-life challenges and story twists
You might think that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is who Nathan wants to be with, but the thing is, I don’t really think that’s who Nathan is. Maxi won’t be back for another few months – early 2026, and possibly the February campaigns. In case you haven’t heard, Kirsten Storms has another medical issue now. When we first reported, leaking before the official announcement that she would be out for several months in the role of Maxie, she stated that the reason was two-fold. First, Kirsten was taking a break because she moved to Nashville, but also because of something personal and medical.
If you remember, the Maxi actress had a large cyst at the back of her brain and had to have it removed. She had brain surgery, had to shave part of her head, and all that. Now she had other things on her mind. She has an aneurysm, which sounds very scary. So Kirsten is about to have an operation to keep it from rupturing, a procedure called endovascular coiling where they fill the aneurysm with tiny coils so it doesn’t rupture. We hope all goes well with Kirsten’s procedure. After that she has to recover, and then she will return to the soap.
So, there’s plenty of time for Nathan to engage with Lulu and then change course once Maxie returns. But don’t forget that she’s with Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) now and she may still be with him. Also, I don’t feel like this is Nathan in that leather suit, at least not most of the time. I think it might be Peter August (Wes Ramsey) based on the final dialogue. All that said, Peter also had a thing for Maxie.
Twisted Plot: Could Nathan’s interest in Lulu be a ruse to harm Maxie?
Based on what we see General Hospital Right now, I highly doubt that Nathan is in charge of his brain or body. Many fans want Maxie and Nathan to get back together, but it will take some time. A) Because she is in a coma and B) Because there is more to this story. If they don’t eventually reunite with Maxie and Nathan, I think fans will lose their weird minds.
Additionally, since Lulu is Maxie’s best friend, it would be unclear if Lulu would end up with Nathan and Lou for a while. But if this isn’t really Nathan, he might be romancing Lulu specifically to hurt Maxie because the same people who brought Nathan back also intentionally put Maxie into a coma. Nothing is off limits at this point.
