Fernando Alonso made a brutal verdict about his Aston Martin because he said that the car was the fastest 8th and did not deserve the points. The Spaniard was in the optimistic mood yesterday because the training sessions showed a strong rhythm.

He added,
“We have put a tour today, but if you are looking for the two cars, I think we may be the eighth fastest team or something like that. If we are scoring points, it’s welcome, but maybe we don’t deserve it,”
Fernando Alonso reveals changes to the car
Aston Martin started on weekends well, with Fernando Alonso by following the best teams. He exceeded FP1, he was more or less there in FP2 too, but on Saturday, things became unlocked. The Spaniard revealed that the team had made some changes to the car which led to the drop in pace. He said,

Fernando Alonso succeeded in Yas Marina in the past when he won two victories on this track. He won in 2008 and 2010. He also had several podiums on this track. This time, however, if he is able to score points, it would be a bonus.
