He believes that his team plays differently from Manchester United from Erik Ten, and that’s the key reason for change. He said (via the goal):
“I remember that Vitinha was not playing for Wolverhampton. Game.”
“Sometimes I’m waiting for more Kobbie Mainoo. Sometimes, maybe if I start (him) more, Kobbie Mainoo will play and that he will become difficult. I have to go with what I feel right now and it is the only feeling. He is starting the final of the European championship in a team that has a lot of talant players – (Phil) Foden played this game (Cole) Palmer was a different way.
Mainoo was a key player of less than ten hag, but was now put on the bench by Amorim. The Englishman was linked to an exit, but stayed at the club despite the interest.
