Anaheim, California – The last frenzy of Home Run by Shohei Ohtani was not sufficient to remove the Los Angeles Dodgers from a summer discomfort which endangers their usual perch at the top of the NL West.
Ohtani succeeded in his third consecutive match on Monday evening, reaching his 42nd of the season in the eighth round of the Dodgers 7-4 defeat against the Los Angeles Angels.

The dodgers dragged 7-0 when Ohtani connected herself off Shaun Anderson with a withdrawal, leading his fourth circuit in five games to the right-wing stands to equalize Kyle Schwarber from Philadelphia for the head of the NL. Cal Raleigh de Seattle leads the majors with 45 circuits.
Ohtani also started a rally: Mookie Betts and Will Smith then chose before Max Muncy brought them home with his 17th circuit, reducing the three -point Dodgers deficit and inspiring the thunderous roars of dodgers fans including more than half of the stadium of the Angel stadium.
But the Dodgers have not approached, Connor Brogdon and the longtime dodgers are getting closer to Kenley Jansen by calmly filling the fifth consecutive victory of the sub500 angels on their rivals of Crosstown.
The defeat has reduced Dodgers’ advance on San Diego in the NL West in one match – the smallest cushion since June 14.
“I mean, it’s a very bad loss for us,” said Muncy. “There is not really a way to get around this.”

Ohtani has a sequence of 10 strike games in August, his longest of the season, and he has four circuits among his nine strokes in the last five Dodgers games. The bidirectional superstar is the leading foreground of its fourth MVP prize.
Despite its heroic, the dodgers have been 10-12 since the stars break.
With a low production through their range and their inconsistent emergency pitch just when their problematic rotation finally began to click, they rarely looked like the Juggernaut franchise which won two of the last five world series, four of the last eight NL pennants and 11 of the last 12 division crowns.
“It’s not okay for us right now,” said Muncy. “We have to find a way to get out of it. No one is going to be sorry for us. It is up to us to find our way, and we will do it. ”
One day after the Dodgers enclai exploded an eighth-round lead in a 5-4 defeat against Toronto, the best Yoshinobu Yamamoto Starter was shaved by the wide range of angels for six points on six strokes and five walks, creating a hole that the dodgers could not escape. The Dodgers started on weekends with two solid performances against the Blue Jays of the head of Al, to fall back into another rut.

“We are all looking for a certain traction here and try to stack some victories,” said manager Dave Roberts. “I hate saying that yesterday’s defeat worked tonight. … You win yesterday, and you feel even better to come today, but now you are looking to lose two games in a row. It’s baseball, and we are good to reset, come back.”
Their defeat in Anaheim ended a few minutes after the strict paadres beat San Francisco to remove a reigning champions match.
Muncy said he was not looking at the classification, but most of the dodgers are aware of their biggest rivals who breathe the neck.
“There must certainly be a certain urgency,” said Roberts. “I do not think that anyone who is blind that the ranking is the ranking, and therefore this is much more interesting. We have to go there and play a good baseball, but I really think that our guys start to feel this emergency. It was long enough of average basball, as far as the global team is gaining and loss.”
The rivalry is also about to hit a fever field: the Padres and the Dodgers meet in a series of three games on each of the next two weekends.

Dodgers fans are well aware that San Diego has made a frenzied gust of moves on the deadline, acquiring seven major leaguers while meeting all the needs perceived on their list.
The dodgers have done almost nothing, only making secondary additions to their enclosure instead of acquiring a player of difference position or another starting launcher.
Ohtani played his first six seasons of major leagues in Anaheim, winning two MVP prizes and a recruit prize of the year without ever playing in a winning team.
He should present the Angel stadium on Wednesday evening for the first time since he left for a $ 700 million contract with the Dodgers and quickly won the World Series.
The Ohtani circuit was the 100th of his Big A career, which makes him the sixth major to reach this brand.
