Manila, Philippines – The Italian coach Alessandro Lodi did wonders for the Fresh Foxies farm with his unique coaching style and his ardent behavior.
Being High-Spirited, more passionate and simple separates Lodi from the last four mentors of the farm and even the current pvl tacticians basin.

And this is her way of bringing out the best of Foxies, with the star Trisha Tubu admitting that she was intimidated at the beginning, but her confidence and her Qi of volleyball have reached a different level under the tutelage of Lodi.
“Everyone outside thinks that the guy is simply crazy. But my players, they are absolutely, you see that they are intact by that because they know exactly. They see me every day. In practice, I’m worse than that.
“Sometimes we have to be quieter, then I will be very collected like last week against Nxled. Okay, the result was a disaster, but I was very calm because the team needed more and we did not win, so it’s fine. That’s part of the competition.”
Lodi directed the Foxies to the PVL in the quarterfinals of the tour after swallowing Capital1, 25-20, 25-15, 25-21, Saturday in Dasmariñas Arena in Cavite.
Despite his desire for perfection, Lodi always manages to stand responsible for her shortcomings.

“I have to apologize, I was probably in front of the camera when I shouted swear. I take it back. I think I had a card, but the opposing team was overlapping completely, and at one point, people have to notice it too. So I was right. But yes, it was a bit finished,” he said.
“And I’m not used to having 52 cameras. You are doing a fantastic job by broadcasting.
Lodi thinks that Foxies are still grazing the surface of their full potential because they have a lot of work to do before their match in the quarterfinals against Creamline Cool Smashers on Saturday in Philsports Arena.

“As long as you are coherent, people know what to expect and that you always push in the same direction and that you always push from a point of love, passion and dedication, attention to people, you care about them, you care about the game, you care about their progress, so everything is fine,” he said.
“We are trying to win and do everything in our power to win matches. We have managed to do it today, which is good. But already next week, we will need a completely different performance to beat Creamline. So we look forward to this.”
