France has announced their delivery of 40 tonnes of emergency humanitarian aid to Gaza through four flights from Jordan .

Trump calls for the hunger crisis “ terrible ”

In an interview with NBC News, President Donald Trump described the hunger crisis in Gaza as “terrible”.

He noted the next visit of special envoy Steve Witkoff and the United States ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee, saying that he was impatiently awaiting their assessment of the situation on the ground.

“People are very hungry. This is a terrible situation,” he told journalists in the White House.

A senior White House official said Trump had been “disturbed” by images of hungry children in Gaza.

In addition, at least 12 Palestinians were killed and nearly 70 injured in Israli’s attacks across Gaza since the early hours of Friday morning, according to Al Jazeera.
