Iran replaced the damaged air defenses during the conflict of last month with Israel, Iran Defah Press The news agency reported on Sunday citing Mahmoud Mousavi, the deputy for the regular army operations.

During the June conflict, the Air Force of Israel dominated Iranian airspace and brought a blow to the country’s air defenses while the Iranian armed forces launched successive missile and drone dams on Israeli territory.

“Some of our aerial defenses have been damaged, it is not something we can hide, but our colleagues have used domestic resources and have replaced them with pre-arranged systems that have been stored in appropriate places to keep the air space safe,” said Mousavi.

Before the war, Iran had its own air defense system long-range national manufacturing Bavar-373 in addition to the S-300 Russian manufacturing system. The Defah Press report has not mentioned any importation of foreign -made air defense systems to Iran in recent weeks.

After limited Israeli strikes against Iranian missile factories last October, Iran then posted Russian -manufacturing aerial defenses in a military exercise to show that it has recovered from the attack.

Earlier in the day, Iran, Great Britain, France and Germany could organize talks next week on the Tehran nuclear program, warnings by the three European Iranian Tasnim countries reported on Sunday, following the warnings of the three European countries that the fact of not resuming negotiations would lead to the reprint of international sanctions on Iran.

“The principle of talks has been agreed, but the consultations continue at the time and place of talks. The country in which talks could take place next week have not been finalized,” Tasnim reported, citing an enlightened source on the issue.

The report on possible talks occurs a few days after the foreign ministers of the so-called E3 nations, as well as the head of foreign policy of the European Union, have filed their first appeal with Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs Abbas Araqchi since Israel and the United States attacked Iranian nuclear installations a month ago.

The three European countries, as well as China and Russia, are the remaining parties to a 2015 nuclear agreement concluded with Iran – from which the United States withdrew in 2018 – which raised sanctions in the Middle East country in exchange for restrictions on its nuclear program.

The E3 said they would restore UN sanctions on Tehran via the so-called “Snapback mechanism” at the end of August if the nuclear talks that took place between Iran and the United States before the Israeli-Iran air war do not resume or fail to produce concrete results.

“If the EU / E3 wants to have a role, they should act in a responsible manner and put aside worn threat and pressure policies, including the” snap-back “for which they lack (any) moral and legal ground absolutely,” said Araqchi earlier this week.

The Snapback mechanism can be used to restore UN sanctions before the resolution of the United Nations Security Council resolution, the agreement expires on October 18.

Before the War Israel-Iran, Tehran and Washington held five cycles of nuclear talks mediated by Oman, but were confronted with major stumbling blocks such as the enrichment of uranium in Iran, which Western powers wish to bring back to zero to minimize any risk of armament.

Tehran maintains that its nuclear program is only intended for civil purposes.
