The Los Angeles Clippers goalkeeper James Harden supported his Alma Mater, in the state of Arizona, giving a six -digit amount to his zero program in April 2024. The exact amount remains unhappy.

The playmaker thought about his decision to contribute part of his NBA earnings to his former school in an interview with Front Office Sports Wednesday.

“Nile nowadays is the most important thing because children want to be compensated for their game and their work … which makes sense,” he said.

“I wanted to be part of the team and the school to get players because we are a very, very good program and a big school and if Nile is the problem, then I can help you.”

Coach Bobby Hurley has highlighted Harden’s impact on his basketball program, saying that the former NBA MVP had not only helped school in school, but also made a difference by remaining involved in the program. He noted that the NBA star regularly meets new lists each year, transmitting his knowledge in elite basketball.

“It’s not just the financier, James gave his time,” he said. “And his desire to be with the players, he can be in his offseason on an island somewhere or simply work on his game in Los Angeles – he poses time every year to come back and see the new team, be with the guys and share his experiences with them.”

“It’s more than a financier, an investment to try to help young men and it is such a model for our guys.”

James Harden’s contribution helped Arizona State Land Jayden Quaintance

Jayden Quaintance, one of the most talented attackers in the 2024 recruitment class, was initially committed to the Kentucky Wildcats. However, when John Calipari surprised the world of university basketball by accepting the post of head coach at Arkansas, the 6-foot 9 inch striker was removed from his commitment.

At the time, Quaintance was continued by teams such as Ohio State, Missouri, Louisville and Memphis. However, only 20 days after Calipari’s departure, Arizona State won the highly sought -after recruit – thanks in part to Harden’s contributions.

The handle is on average 9.4 points, 7.9 rebounds, 2.6 blocks, 1.5 assists and 1.1 interceptions per game. He directs the team in rebounds and blocks while firing 52.5%.
