Abu Dhabi (Water): The Pakistan Embassy, Abu Dhabi organized an event in its premises to mark the day of the Solidarity of Cashmere 2025. A certain number of members of the Pakistani community and cashmere based in the United Arab Emirates have Assisted the event.
In his remarks, the Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi paid tribute to the valiant of Jammu-et-Cachemire occupying illegally and welcomed their efforts of more than seven decades for the realization of the right to self-determination. Convicning the unilateral and illegal actions of India in IIOJK, he said that the atrocities of India cannot dissuade cashmemres from requiring their fundamental rights in accordance with the resolutions of the United Nations Security Council.
He said Pakistan would continue to raise the issue of Jammu-et-Cachemire to all international forums, including the United Nations Rights Council and would draw the attention of world leaders to the fate of the Kashmir people.
He reaffirmed the Diplomatic, Moral and Political Support of Pakistan to the right struggle of the people of Jammu-et-Cachemire.
The representatives of the Kashmir community also spoke on this occasion and shared their feelings on the situation in the Iiojk, expressed their concern in the face of Indian brutality against innocent civilians and reaffirmed their commitment to continue their struggle for the realization the right to self -determination
A documentary was also projected during the event.
