US Vice President JD Vance attended US President Donald Trump’s 2025 inauguration ceremony on Monday with his family, including his three-year-old daughter Mirabel.

The girl attracted a lot of attention at the event, capturing attention with her presence.

Mirabel, dressed in a red cape resembling Little Red Riding Hood and wearing bandages depicting the cartoon characters Scooby-Doo and Bluey, attracted attention as her father took the oath of office. While JD Vance held the Bible during the ceremony, Mirabel, in her mother’s arms, was seen sucking her thumb, seemingly unfazed.

Mirabel’s appearance quickly went viral on social media, with users commenting on her unique clothing choices, particularly the finger bandages. Some hailed her as the “cutest” attendee, with one user calling her a “new generation’s bold fashion statement.”

Vice President Vance’s wife, Usha Vance, also attracted attention with her outfits. She wore a custom Oscar de la Renta blush pink coat and dress to the inauguration, paired with mauve suede boots, floral earrings and gloves. She later wore a sequinned blue strapless dress to the inaugural balls and another Oscar de la Renta dress to the vice president’s dinner at the National Gallery of Art.
