Married at First Sight: Allen Slovic’s frustration grows
on marriage at first sight, Allen Slovic suffers from Madison Meyer’s lack of charm. He hits the gym. And the loss of broccoli stems. Heck, he even agreed to drop some of his silly jokes. But he’s not stupid. So her lack of affection and attraction is clear as day. The husband loves to celebrate. But they get into an argument after a trip to the bar to watch a football match when Allen wants to go back to his place after drinking.
Madison warns him about it. But he says he’s fine. The next morning he made lame excuses as to why he took the risk. He claims he had an early morning and some things to do. But there seems to still be some tension there. Therefore, Mavs Mismatched meets expert Dr. Pepper Schwartz to dig deeper. Allen Slovic tells Pepper that no matter what he does, he doesn’t feel like Madison is attracted to him. So, he asked her directly if this was true.

Later the experts sat down with Ikechi and Im. It’s all kinds of awkward. Especially when Pastor Cal Roberson tries to explain Eikichi’s bad behavior by saying it’s an art and she’s a science. In other words, Emem’s suggestion is to tone things down so as not to insult his sensitive, loving side. In the end, it is Emem Obot who asks him to return to the apartment. He agrees, but tells the producer he’s not happy about it.

But Michelle thinks he needs to change his style, so she drags him shopping with a friend. At the store, she suggests he try out some styles that give off Drake and Travis Kelce vibes. David is a good sport. But scenes from next week suggest he’s taken those stylistic sensibilities elsewhere.
Camille Parsons and Thomas MacDonald continue to remain stable if not a bit boring. Thomas seems a little reluctant to play it safe. The pair was assigned the standard Mavs The task of writing a letter to your younger self. Camille admits she’s taking care of younger siblings amid her parents’ divorce. Thomas feels emotional about his father and the insecurities of his childhood. But these two are sailing with the best chances of making it work.
Juan Franco was clearly concerned when Carla Juarez left her job at the hair salon Married at first sight. To her credit, she actually styles clients at home. Juan questions her about the business side of things. But she’s convinced that the energy of the universe and some pink crystals will give her everything she needs to succeed.
