The Princess of Wales, who recently revealed she is in remission from cancer, will not be able to return to full-time royal duties, according to a senior royal commentator.
In conversation with ENJennie Bond has claimed that the future queen may not be able to carry out “full-time duties for a very long time” despite her positive health.
The royal expert shared: “She’s clearly found the new normal quite difficult,” as the princess has dealt with the “side effects” of her difficult cancer treatment.
Kate admitted she faces “speech difficulties where words totally disappear.”
Speaking about the Queen’s future in 2025, Jennie believes that “Kate’s first priority will be her children and her family.”
According to the royal expert, “the Princess of Wales’ change in priorities could signal a wider shift in royal attitudes.”
Jennie continued: “I wonder if the days of ‘duty above all,’ I wonder if we’re past that.”
